The Titans Fighting Fit class is an open age dynamic fitness class for those wanting a challenge and something different and more exciting than the gym.

The fighting fit class integrates kicking, and boxing with a great cardio workout that builds core strength, firms up the body and helps you feel ALIVE!

Our Fighting Fit Sessions are at:

  • Monday: 6.00am-7.00am AND 6.30pm-7.30pm
  • Tuesday: 9.15am-10.15am AND 7.30pm-8.30pm
  • Wednesday: 6.00am-7.00am AND 6.30pm-7.30pm
  • Thursday: 7.30pm-8.30pm
  • Friday: 9.15am-10.15am
  • Saturday: 8.00am-9.00am
