Our Weights Class is a very relaxed format approach to strength and resistance exercise. With so many weights and resistance classes on the market that are go, go, go, we take a different approach. With set exercises each class, we select your optimal weight to lift to build and improve strength whilst ensuring that you maintain form and minimise injury that can come with rushing and using improper technique. Free weights are used to gain maximum benefit from lifting by ensuring the engagement of joint stabiliser muscles and core strength. For safety reasons, this class is limited to 5 people.
