Tabata: Tabata is a form of High Intensity Interval Training. The basis of Tabata Training is four minutes of intense interval training/circuit training. Consisting of 20 seconds hard core and 10 seconds rest or light work repeated for 4 minutes. Tabata training can be done with a number of different exercises. The idea is to use an exercise that gets the whole body involved, or at least the major muscle groups. This class is bound to get your heartrate up.
